My baby is doing great... I drove it on a long trip this weekend about 400 miles total... She did awesome, no lights, no nothing... SO I am hoping that it stays this way...

I had my cobalt at the same dealership and saw yours there. I was talking to one of the guys there and he was saying they have tried EVERYTHING to fix your problem. After reading this thread I can see he wasnt joking! Youve been through hell with this car. Im sorry! Fell lucky you still are under warranty! I just payed~$500 to have a bunch of electrical issues diagnosed and having my body control module replaced. It fixed the problem. I have a misfire too and asked them to check it out. They decided to check my coils but couldnt after they stripped the heads on the cover bolts..... I guess they were stripped before it got to them...... right..... I had to drill them and back them out with my easy outs. Gave me a deal on new bolts and a free re-diagnosis when I come back. Anyway, hope your issue is fixed! Oh, we have a more local club here at www.rockymountainecotec.net if youre interested.

I dont think its a lemon.... It was the intake manifold that was causing the CEL issue.... I am hoping that it stays fixed... I love the car...
And I have full warranty (bumper to bumper) until the end of August so if it has anymore issues I hope its before then...
But then I have the power train warranty for 5 years or 50,000 miles... It currently has just hit 20,000 K.
I think Ill be fine, and I am not planning on keeping it for another 3 years...
I'll need to upgrade before then...

If they keep fixing it and fixing it then they're doing a half-ass job at it then, your car shouldn't be problematic if you taken it to the dealer multiple times. Hope you get it fixed permanently before august then!
