Mine has a nice crack that's making my psi leak

 

your going to have to buy a new intercooler man. they dont make a replacement as far as i know. check a junk yard or this site here for a used stock one. if i were you id get a zzp intercooler and call it a day. great product and made with no plastic lol

 

I've never seen them sell that part only, I'm sure you will need a new intercooler but I could be wrong
