HID issue (sorry lol)

So I got hids for xmas and I installed them today. I noticed I only had one blue connector to connect to the old bulb wiring and im not sure if I read somewhere that that is normal? Or should I have the pair? It's on the passenger side light that im missing the connector btw.
so I install them according to the guide mkurley posted and it went fine but my passenger light doesn't work. I connected everything step by step but no dice on the light. Any ideas?
Sorry for the thousandth post about hid's but I couldn't find anything I needed in search.
Thanks!

Try Flipping the harness/clip that connects to the hid box.

Is it low beam or both hi and low. My buddy hooked mine up backwards so I had to engage the high beams for my low beams, but you to put the wire on the other slot that's open. If that's the case..

The lows work on the driver side and when I switch them to high beams they don't switch back to low beams but the high beam on the passenger works when I turn the car off then when I turn it on later both lights are on high beam.
