HID lights not coming on?

So I have an 8000K H1 HID kit from 3b spec with a relay. Well last night and today they were taking a while to come on, I would have to turn the button on and off until they started working again. Today I popped my hood when it wasn't working and I looked around while my car was running and was looking around. I turned my car off after it warmed up and I didn't hear the ballasts humming when I turned the lights on. So I started playing with some wires and luckily the first one I played with was the positive connection to the battery post that has a fuse on it. When I shook the wire the lights came on. So it's something up with the fuse. Any ideas?

what did you do to join the wires? you didn't just twist them together and then tape them did you ?

there was no joining of wires, it's all plug and play. And it's definitely the fuse, and that was all connected when I got the kit.

i know its the fuse, but what could be wrong with it. Me and electrical stuff don't mix, and it's not blown because my lights still work, could it just be loose, or do I need a new fuse or what?

just replace the fuse, sometimes they are faulty.
