High idle/low vac?

Hello all;

So just curious if anyone has had ongoing issues with high idling..

This isnt quite the throttle body high idle where it dips up and down; its more like the car stays in open loop all the time. Runs smooth and like a champ but will not idle below 1300 rpms... Vac gauge stays around 15-16. Boosts full to 20psi.

Wasted a whole can of brake cleaner to find no vac leaks.

New LS4 throttle body.. Idk.

I also tend to keep going through primary 02 sensors; probably another byproduct of my car getting 14 miles per gallon lol.

Anyway idk. Bpv maybe?

also i keep going through 02 sensors, might have something to do with why it never seems to leave open loop mode?

are there e85 safe 02 sensors out there?

the e85 shouldnt be the culprit for the o2 sensor. My sensor has been fine on e85, its an OEM one.
