High idle only while moving and warm

High idle only while moving and warm
Hi ,
I have a stange problem with my G5 GT 07 ( 2.4L )
once my engine is warm and im moving ( over 3-4 km/h ) my idle is around 1300-1500 but once I stop it drop to around 850. I already clean my tb it work for around a week and my problem come back.
any advise would be appreciate.

when the car is in movement ( ex before a light ) and I press the clutch the rpm stay around 1300 but as soon the wheel stop moving it drop to 850 and its only when my engine is warm.
