Furthest back upright side of the oilpan is where you'll find the drain bolt. Jack it up and get some stands under it, get a 5 quart or larger pan, remove your drain bolt. Filter is located on top of the motor to the right side of the plastic intake manifold. Black plastic cap with a huge 6pt nut, i think it's 1-3/8 or 1-1/2" cant remember, cover it with a rag and grab it with some channel locks. Put your new filter in, don't tighten the cap too much(half turn after it seats), put your drain bolt back in (don't over tighten as well or you'll have fun getting it off next time) and filler up with 5 quarts of your favorite 5W-30.
