Question How to perform a parasitic draw test with the battery in the trunk?

I need to do a parasitic draw test, but most how to videos I've watched are done by accessing the battery in the engine bay, and not via the trunk. I've never done this before. Is there a practical way to do this?

It should be the same way just need to hook up the positive and negative in the trunk instead of the engine bay. I believe it is using a battery load tester?

I'm actually planning to use a multimeter, process shown in this video

I was kind of hoping to avoid having to run back and forth from my engine bay/front seat to my trunk lol

Ok I see now! The fuse box has a positive and negative but unsure if you can do that with it. Hopefully someone else can chime in.
