Did anybody else get a letter in the mail about this? just got one yesterday

basically that there is a problem where the key can get stuck in the ignition or stuck when its on. they will cover it for free up until january 2013

 

yea that has happened to my car twice now.

 

thats common with the automatics. and i've seen a few TC's have that issue, can't recall what the exact cause of it on the TC's is though.

 

happened to me too. I wonder if the new part is revised or its just the same junk....

 

The new part is a new design. It happened to me last fall, damn thing. Go and get it replaced before it locks on you. Well, that would just make it easier for the chop shops in Cleveland to get your car

It is a known problem with these cars, they had a new bullten out when I had my car in last fall.

 

What about the opposite problem? lol
