High pitched sound at WOT

This high pitched sound sound occurs when I floor the pedal with my Trifecta tune. This is the SS TC. I never heard it with stock tune. At :09 I floor it in second and you can hear it briefly there. If I hold down pedal the noise will last even longer.

Is this bad or is it normal and not to worry?

Thanks.

what is your boost gauge reading while WOT? I wouldn't worry about a leak unless your gauge is reading much lower than anticipated boost level.

if it sounds like tuning fork ringing. it's just a bit of vibration making the turbo hum like a tuning fork..

What are your mods? I've got just a K&N Sri on the stock tune and it makes a high pitched whistle at the top part of 2nd. I've never noticed it in 1st though, probably because the tires are making too much noise

so you could be losing 3lbs of pressure from the leak or it's just atmosphere or ambient temp related..

so you get the same sound..I never heard it on stock though. mods are K&N SRI catless and trifecta.

Since I got the intake I ride around with my windows down and radio off just so that I can hear the turbo, lol. That's my best guess though. I've never had a boost leak before but from what I understand boost leaks are more common with aftermarket charge pipes or the stock intercooler. I would look over the plastic end tanks on the intercooler to see if there are any cracks. I'm sure other members with boost leak experience can chime in and offer some more insight or ways that you can check for boost leaks if necessary.
