So this happens in every gear. I have no idea what it is. I will be driving and right about 3k rpms it starts to bog down and like start losing power. Like it does get fuel maybe i have no idea.

I would start by looking for vaccum leaks,Try the hoses by the boost bypass etc. for leakes,any rub marks that look suspicios etc.

 

Sounds ridiculous but have you checked your air filter? Is is wet/dirty. I had a grand prix GTP that same thing happened to after lengthy bunout. Checked airfilter element and it was chock full of rubber.

 

i recently went through a gigantic puddle and my car bogged down so much for like 20 minutes... and it snowed about a foot and i had to drive in it. i was plowing the snow.

I will check the filter and look for leaks thanks anymore? what about the fuel filter?
