Good morning everyone!

My steering in my SS/SC has been clunky as hell so I finally bought a replacement intermediate steering shaft. I remember reading an article back when I bought it but I can't seem to find it now. It was a how-to (not necessarily from this forum) for replacing it. It seemed pretty easy and that I just had to unbolt a few things, slide the steering wheel out, line up a few things, etc and do the reverse for installation.

Trying to find it this morning I came across a thread describing a very different approach that required a lot more work. You had to take the passenger wheel off, crawl under the car and rotate and play with some stuff first.


So basically I'm just wondering on the correct method to replace the intermediate steering shaft. For your help, I will document the installation and post a how-to to help out anyone with a similar problem in the future.
