Intermittent Noise When Coming to a Stop/Low speed

So, I searched and can't find a thread that describes exactly the same thing I'm getting. Wondering if anyone has had this happen to them before.

When I come to a stop/or letting the car slow down, sometimes I get what I would describe as a "clang, clang, clang" - almost sounds like something flexing. Happens when engine gets around 2000 rpm, clutch in or out doesn't seem to make a dif, brakes on/off does not seem to affect it either. Also, when I go from reverse to first or say I'm at a stop light in neutral and I go from neutral to first I hear a distinct clunk from the front end and also feel it in the shifter.

I've checked:

Control arm bushings - both are good
End Links - new
Strut Mounts - new
Tranny mounts - look good
Engine mounts - look good
Wheel Bearings - good
Tie Rod ends - new last year

We're going on a road trip tomorrow and was wondering if it was something serious or not? We also have another vehicle we could take.... I will probably be taking the car to the dealer next week sometime - still under powertrain warranty.

Help is greatly appreciated
