You checked all the connectors around the area you were working.
I cant see how the install of the intake could have anything to do with the speedo lights not working.

Stupid question but could your dimmer be turned the wrong way.

Hey another question
Does the light turn on when you turn your head lights on manually.

Only a few thing can cause them not to work.

Bad wiring to the light.
BCM gone bad
Bad connection to BCM
Day light sensing unit gone bad
Dimmer switch failed(Im leaning towards this one)

Theres a procedure for jumpering out the dimmer switch with a fused jumper wire to bypass the electronic dimmer part of the switch to see if that is the problem.

i fixed it. thanks for all the help.
turns out there was a short in the headlight wiring harness from when i still had the gen 1 projectors.
a little electrical tape and a new parking lamp fuse did the trick.
thanks guys.
