Just a quick spark plug question

So i had a misfire a week ago or so and i found that the second plug had popped out and the threads in the head were stripped so im getting that fixed like, soon. but anyway..

im wondering what plugs you guys would recommend. i dont mind going to the dealer but the dealer is always a bit of a rip off. so im wondering if zzp or somewhere else sells good plugs that u guys would recommend.

(my mods are a full exhaust and CAI. Thats basically it performance wise right now)

NGK BKR7E is the go-to plug for these cars, they are fine from stock all the way to fairly heavily modded.

I personally run NGK plugs in everything, but either them or the Denso is a good plug. The OEM plugs in my car were NGK's, so GM uses whatever they have available it seems.

GM spent an retarded amount of time on getting the spark plugs right for the LSJ. NGK are what they use, the best. Irridium if you can afford it.

hmm it used to under the hood on the emissions lables, but i dont think ti is anymore. my guess would be around .035 for a stock / slightly modded motor. but dont quote me on that. not sure if its in the manual

the stock gap is .04 and yes i know i could get it anywhere. the dealer is just close. if they want like 45$ or something they can lick my ass and ill try somewhere else. but for the most part it wont be a big difference in pricing. plus the dealer is like 4 minutes from where my brother works so he could just pick them up on his way home

the NGK come pregapped. read the spark plug thread on this forum; stick them in torque to 15 ft lbs. tighten once, loosen then retorque to figure provided. u have to crush the washer first to get a true reading.
