when i got my car it only came with 1 key and remote. I wanted some extra keys and remotes, so i bought some off ebay. I have already programed the keys to work in the ignition. I was wondering if the remotes have to be programmed with a Tech2, i know that they didnt have to use the tech2 to program my brothers new remote for his 01 blazer, they service manager at the dealership actually showed me how to do it. He didn't even charge me anything to do it. but that has been a couple years since this happened and i have forgotten how to do it. I was wondering if any of the GM techs that are on here could give me some instructions on how to do it, I have access to a tech2 if it is needed to do this.
