Leaky Downpipe Flex Joint?

So i installed a ZZP long tube header/dp combo a few months ago on my 2006 LSJ…. Ever since installation i have had a raspy leaking noise coming from either below me, while driving, or it sounds like it is coming straight from the end of my exhaust ( i am also running a Vibrant catback exhaust) The noise is only heard when i reach about 4k rpm's or am creating any boost, id say anything more than 2 lbs. Has anyone else had this problem? Or any suggestions? I replaced header gasket with a copper gasket and new bolts throughout. I have also even gone to the extreme point of getting my header/dp flange welded (i absolutely hate v-band clamps). If anyone could help me it would be fantastic. I feel like the leak is making me lose power and it also sounds like complete S**T. My only idea left is that my flex joint is leaking… i took a look under the car for any resign build up but my car is undercoated so its a little difficult to tell. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Put some copper gasket spray between any gaskets left.

sorry to comment on my old forum, but yes that one… you've heard a lot of complaints with it? i just had the car checked out by my mechanic and he couldnt find any leaks. He said either their is a vacuum leak elsewhere or it is leaking nearer the header.. any suggestions? or should i replace the gasket?
