limp mode

I know this has been discussed at least once but im hoping to get a direct answer and fix from one of you knowledgable fellow ss owners ..

My 05 SC lsj keeps going into engine power reduced mode, when this originally happened my car was throwing about 7 codes varying from accelerator pedal position sensor, to o2's, intake air temp sensor, etc... I cleared them and drove again with the scanner plugged in, car went back onto EPR/limp mode and I checked again.. Three codes, acell. Pedal position sensor, and something else, and then a repeat of the first
So I replaced the throttle body yesterday with a brand new one, thinking maybe I fried the sensor and actuator when I cleaned the TB with tb cleaner.
I replaced the tb assy. And did a tb relearn by unplugging ecm fuse inside, nothing.. Still went into limp mode.. So today I disconnected my battery for about 10 mins hoping It would reset it all and fix the issue...no luck, just down the road it popped into epr mode again under acceleration.

What's the deal??
Im needing some insight here if any is available, this problem is driving me nuts

The only other thing i can think of replacing maybe would be the MAF?
But even that dont seem like it would cause my issue...
Im outta ideas

My mods are -stage 2 injectors, 2.7 pulley, full corsa exhaust, and in the summer an Injen cyborg cold air intake

This problem seems to have arose after i did two things...
The first being initially cleaning my TB (which I removed from the car so i didn't get **** in the supercharger)
And when i killed the battery a few weeks ago
I tested the battery today at auto zone and it tested fine
Also today their obd2 scanner said it was throwing TWELVE (12) CODES

So obviously the new TB has opened up more?
I have no clue
Im horrible with electrical

Any help is appreciated immensely
This ***** is my DD :/

Could be the app. Which is the pedal assembly itself. Does your scanner do data? Or commands?

I'm pretty sure the as peddle also has a sensor that works with the throttle body, code sounds like that what u should be changing. Anyone can confirm this?
