tried to get tuned 2day but they could not access ecu.said it was locked.how does the ecu get locked and how do i unlock it.

I don't think anyone offers tuning software for your vehicle would be the reason why they can't tune it.

 

trifecta is the only company that offers tuning for a 2.2l. they dont have a program, basicly you send them money and they ship you the programer with the pre-loaded tune (they customise it for each car), then data log, e-mail them the log and they then tweak it a bit more, you load the tweaked tune onto the programer and load it into the car. once done you ship the programer back

 

My friend had that problem with Trifecta. He had to get an update for it or something.
