left work today and my car sounded absolutely fucked when i started it so after driving down the road i pulled over and took a video... i posted it in a facebook group im in and someone said it sounds like a piston slap?

i dont know what it is or what to do..

I'm pretty sure a while back when I had my car in they told me there is an open recall on the water pump so I think I'm going to get that done so they can have an upclose look and tell me if anything timing chain related is fucked
