Loud Noise at Low Speeds 06 SS/SC
This problem is on a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. Alright, I turned my sound system off for once and listened to my car and I have noticed this noise and tried to figure out what it was. It is noticeable once I'm at roughly 20 mph or lower, especially around 12. It only occurs when I'm braking. The sound is like a woom woom woom woom woom and it makes the sound slower as I slow the car.
I need to replace the front rotors due to a lip on the outer ring and I might as well replace the rears while I'm at it. Could the rotors be making this noise? The front brakes are new as of roughly two months ago and the rears are about 10 months old. Both are in good shape. Any ideas???
Also I have the sounds recorded from my phone, so if you want to hear them, I either need to know how/where to post them or an email so I can send it. Just let me know if you need extra verification.

Good question, I just got the two front tires replaced. I should check it out when I get a chance tomorrow. Anyone else think it could be something else possibly?
