If the plugs are wet they are probably screwed. Throw in some new ones and see what happens. I had starting issues in the winter crank and crank wouldn't start. Changes the plugs and started first try.

Remember every time you try to crank it it is pouring in fuel so let it sit a few minutes after each try or the fuel will start to puddle. Also if you have been trying and trying the fuel may have worked its way down between the rings and your oil may be screwed to. pull the dipstick and if it smells like gas you gotta do an oil change to.

Ok. You covered 2 sides of the fire triangle. What's missing? What haven't u made sure is being read and accounted for? AIR. Are the sensors even plugged in?

Cylinder 1 to dead center everything's plugged in I will give new plugs a shot maybe under compression there not working? I figured 140 was okay for a fresh motor without rings being seated yet

I see you're new here, but the guys who are giving you advice in this thread are old heads. Take their word as gospel. Just do the re-time.
