MAF sensor Question
I recently put together an intake for a 2.2L XFE, i cut my own hole in the pipe for the MAF sensor, but i could only secure it with 1 screw, it ran great for acouple trips , then started to die when i hit the gas, Note: car only has 7k miles on it.... anyways i put the stock intake box back on an put the MAF on that, and it runs fine now... my question is ... is it really that sensitive? or did i just do something wrong

You didnt have any codes.
There should of been a few if the car was dying because iof the maf I would think.
Put up a pic of the set up you had.
Did you have it in the right way ?
