custom tune, k&n cai, 42.5 injectors, 2.85 pully, ngk 1 step colder plugs, theres more mods but those are the only ones i can see causing me to missfire, ive been running this tune for over a month with no problems so i dont think its that, i first thought maybe im running rich at idle but why now, maybe my plugs are set at the wrong gap, there a month old too there set at 35 hundredths, maybe a coil pack?

Recheck the plugs, something in the tune i'd say.

Yea, I think it would be misfiring or studdering during acceleration. Now that I think of it, maybe it is sensing something in the tune and throwing the code without a true misfire.

Get the tune checked.

yeah, cause the car runs fine, no stuttering, has a smoothe idle, doesnt jump up and down at idle like it did with the stock tune

I would say the pulgs or the tune. I would pull the plugs out and check them to see how they look.

I was throwing a misfire code last week. My coil pack went bad, had to get it replaced.

well i cant find my t-30 bit so i cant get the spark plug cover off to check the plugs, i got a scan at autozone and im actually throwin 2 codes, P0300(missfire) and P0315(crank sensor), is it possible that my missfire will cause a bad crank sensor reading, or has my crank sensor gone bad and its causing me to missfire?

a bad crank sensor will cause misfires.....extended crank...and even a no start situation. I'd take it in and get it looked at
