Well its been a little over three weeks since my car went into the dealership to get fixed. They told me last Monday it would be a week before its done. Haven't heard from them this week. Should I be getting worried that maybe something is going wrong?

 

I would ask whats going on, hell I would have been in there monday asking for my car

 

They said about a week so ill definatly call tomorrow.

Update...The dealership wanted me to call last Tuesday that it might be done well I went to the dealership to talk to them personally and it was being painted then reassembled. So they said Friday it would be done. Well it wasnt now they said tomorrow but no later then Tuesday. They have had it over a month now....

 

i JUST did mine myself. i literally sat down 1 min ago. took me 11 hours to wash, take the hood, fender, wheel, fender liner, and bumper, swap them, wax the car, and throw in hids with 4th gens

 

Still no car. Now they are saying my exhaust hasnt came in and that's the only thing they are waiting on. Which means I had to drive the Toyota Corolla to Gatlinburg this past weekend definatly wasn't like driving the cobalt down there. The exhaust was suppose to be there last week. A guy at the shop that bought the exhaust is on vacation so they can't find out any information on it with out him.

 

id be rip ****, find a good body shop that isnt a dealer for next time. go over your car with a fine tooth comb when you go to pick it up, find any flaws before you drive it!

 

So I just got off the phone with the guy that has been taking care of my car and still no exhaust. I had a hahn exhaust on it and they ordered it from hahns website. The guy that actually ordered it said the only form of communication is thru email. And now they aren't answering the emails so there for they can not get a tracking number. Supposedly it was suppose to ship 12 days ago. Has anyone ordered directly from their website and had similar problems?

 

Anyone ordered from hahn's website?

 

The dealership failed to get a hold of hahn so i got a copy of the invoice Friday when I went to look at my car. Hahn contacted me back today and with a recent death in the family they have fallen behind. My exhaust has been put on border and won't ship till June. Let me remind you my car has been there since April 6. I called the dealership about 3 hours ago to tell them and still they haven't returned my phone call. any suggestions on what I should do? Wait it out for exhaust? Find another one? Go get my car?

 

Tell them to throw a stock exhaust on. I wouldn't wait all that time for just that.
