Need help big time! Any gm tech here?

I have a 2006 2.4 ss Automatic. The car has a constant issue of the cars traction control light coming out and the car shifting extremely hard. It does not throw a CEL. I bring the car to the dealer and they did not fix it. They "road" tested it and saw droppage in voltage in the MAP sensor as the tsb or whatever it says to replace the MAP when the customer complains about this issue.

I bring the car back and still they can't fix it or want to even help me out. I have read the forums and everyone having this issue says its a BCM issue of a software update or replacing it. Apparently they can't find any codes when I know when this happen it does a throw a code but no CEL. I don't remember the code as HP tuners did see it but I forgot what it was as this was a long time ago.

I have to pick it up again because they can't fix it right the first time. PLEASE HELP.. I'm starting to get sick of this dealer where I bought the car from and this might just be my last chevy I ever buy.

hard shifting is the failsafe strategy of the pcm for a huge number of codes/issues. knowing it shifts hard just tells me that there is a code. its impossible to diagnose a hard shifting transmission with that being the only thing told.

to help with it i would need the code number and idealy the freeze frame data.

i dont have access to hptuners anymore as my buddy paul moved up state. but the code they replaced the map sensor on was a p0106..they also claim there is no dtc n history. they cleared them and within 4-5 days this issue happened 10 times and they claim nothing is there....
