New Battery - Car Still Won't Start

The car died a week ago - just went dead when I stopped at a light, but I reset the battery and everything came back on and the car was running fine.

Went to start this morning and nothing. Took the battery out and replaced, still nothing.

Any ideas? Could it be the ECU?

I have an 08 Cobalt with almost 30k miles in it.

I hear a click but it won't turn over. No power at all, no lights, radio, air, etc.

In the fuse box under the hood press down on all the relays gently while trying to wiggle them to make sure they are seated fuses as well. But mainly the run crank relay.

Check your groung cable connection in the trunk also where it connect to the body of the car.
