New noise...please help.

I recently started hearing this noise within the past few days and its only coming the passenger side front wheel. it sounds almost like a tire rub but i know thats not the issue because i checked for clearance and everything is fine. its only when i turn the wheel about 180 degrees to the right that i hear it. if i turn it past that the noise goes away and if it turn it less that that there is no noise. im not sure what it could be but it sounds similar to a stick dragging on the ground lol.

thanks for any help guys

check your brakes for damage or if the caliper or pads are loose

could also be your CV joint since it only makes the noise when you are turning
