No clutch pedal need help

So i was driving my ss/sc and my shifter started to seam tight going into gear then a little while later the clutch pedal became extremely stiff. When i push in the clutch there is no drop in rpms. In order for me to take off from a stop i have to shut the car off and put it in first then crank untill i get going. I have to shift every gear without using the clutch. Any ideas as to what it may be. I just replaced the trans, clutch, flywheel, throw out bearing, etc within the last 5 months.
