my front lighter plug wont work in my car but in my friends it works fine an when i plug in a OBD2 scanner up to my OBD2 the scanner gets no power. I tried checkin the fuses but have no clue which one it would bean couldn't find anything when i searched it

 

look for the fuse that says CIG that is probably blown and will fix both problems

 

under the dash...didnt' see it
