Northern Ohio Service quality warning
Northern Ohio Service quality warning
I know there are a few other SS owners who bought their 'balts from Sharpnack about 30 minutes west of cleveland.... just a little story about getting your baby serviced.
The moral of it is if you're in Northern Ohio it's worth the drive to Serpentini.
It took me three trips to have my cobalt serviced for a low coolant light because basically they doubted I was literate and must have been hallucinating the"Low Coolant" warning on my display with Sharpnack.
One trip to Serpentini, no more low coolant drama.
Then on a routine tire rotation Sharpnack marred my rim and swore that I curbed my tires. I agrued with them to no avail because apparently girls are just so prone to curbed tires that it couldnt have possibly been that they messed up.
I knew better!!!
So when my husband took 18s he got to put on his 06 SS and asked Sharpnack to put the tires on the rims the wheels on the car and balance them they messed up one of his rims, tried to claim it was already that way and then when he unleashed his Marine Corps bark they admitted the person putting the tires on the rims had damaged the rim prying it off and that they didn't have the proper machine for low pro tires. Did seem to stop them from rotating my tires and damaging my rim.
Serpentini says sure no problem.
And they've never been a problem or caused a problem that didn't exist when I took the car in.
Furthermore as a girl I don't feel the need to bring my Marine to ensure good service there.
If you want it done right, go to serpentini!

You were praising Serpentini the whole story, then at the end you said to go to Sharpnack??
