ODB2 won't connect?

I replaced my Clutch 2 weeks ago and I just threw a code I'm 99% sure its the low temp as it's not getting up to temp due to junk AutoZone thermostat as in my other post.

I just disconnected the battery and pulled the Fuse block and PCM and reconnected everything thinking something was not connected good. I've been driving the car no problems till the low temp and I connect the scanner and it appears to connect & then when I go to read codes it goes blank, I connect my scanner to my wife's jeep and it connects fine.

Any Ideas? which plug should I chase? any grounds to check or fuse as I don't see any bad fuses.

2005 Cobalt SS/SC
Innova 3120 scanner that works on all other cars & just recently won't work on mine!

Well after pulling the fuse block twice and reconnecting the Computer twice I finally figured it out only after Googling the problem and it was the dam lighter fuse !! Go figure I guess I'll Google first and tear apart stuff second!

Weird thing is I don't use the lighter plug for anything?

Lol yeah you really should use Google first. Our fuses for the lighter like to go out it seems.
