Oil Blow by / smoking issue

Hey guys. This is my first post here.
I've done several searches & have gotten mixed answers. Figured I'd make my own thread & see what you guys say.
Okay, so old turbo on my 08 SS blew, the car smoked due to the oil from the blown turbo of course. Never smoked before that.
My car has 60k on it.
Okay, so I bought a new stock turbo. No shaft play, was fine on the car before. This turbo is perfect. Got everything installed last night. Now I figured the car would smoke a bit at first burning some of the old excess oil off. But I've driven probably 70 miles now & still have the same problem. It only smokes at idle though. I checked the intercooler for oil, there was none. Some old residue on the intercooler piping but all was good.
I'm not losing any oil it seems either. I've checked it often.
What could be causing this?
The plugs are shot I'm sure, which are being replaced today, but that shouldn't cause smoke.
It's definetley burnt oil smell, not coolant.
Maybe an oil feed line problem or something? Need some help guys.
Mods are just intercooler, Intake, & pretty much straight piped.(done by previous owner. Fixing this after I figure this problem out.)

Thanks!
