oil leak or fuel leak by filter area????

I just took my car to the dealer to get this problem fixed about a week ago for the same problem. Had it there for 2 days and it was fixed fine but a week later i decided to check my engine and it had the same leak as before.
I don't know if i should take it back, car is under warranty and it only has 30k miles mind you this is a 2009 cobalt ss turbocharged.
according to the invoice they replaced a gasket by the fuel pump and put some sealant around the area. I believe it to have worked because i checked it like 3 days after the repair and it was nice and clean except today, which makes it a week later..
anyway i decided to check under my hood because something weird happened today. I went from shifting to 2nd to third and for some reason my rpms shot up to the redline for like 2 seconds for no reason, and i wasnt even giving it gas and i put it in neutral and everything. Anyways thank god nothings messed up, car still runs fine, all you hear is that noise direct injection.. well thoughts, opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I doubt it, first 3 days was clean as day. Now its leaking in the same place. Hope my link worked so you can see the leak by the oil filter. Im sure residual from the cleanup doesn't look like that

The three most likely places are the high pressure fuel pump, intake cam position sensor, and intake cam cap. Mine was seeping oil from all three and it will make it's way down to the oil filter.

Ummm...messy engine bay. It's not that hard to fix the leaks. I like a clean bay though.
