Oil Light on Constantly - No Codes

I took my car into the dealership a few weeks ago for oil change and got it fixed for e-brake light coming on intermitently and now my oil light flashes on and off constantly. Sometimes it will ding, usually not. I took the car back to the dealership and they can't find anything (though I don't think they are very bright or tried very hard).

Has anyone experienced this problem? Its my understanding my software is the most recent but not positive on that, I just hope it's not another more serious issue.

Ya, I did, also checked the cap etc. I've come under the belief that the updated software is messing up and turning on the light, unfortunatly it's not throwing any codes so the service tech couldn't diagnose. Again, if anyone else has this let me know.

I would tell them to keep the car until they can figure out how to fix it. Meanwhile you should be entitled to a rental if it takes more than a couple of days.
