Are you guys in a struggle to get the last post in before thread is locked ? Is that what this is about? Or getting more posts on the forum ? I cannot imagine you are getting anything else out of this....maybe satisfaction of being a dick gets you through each day , remember this is a car forum and this is my thread about vendor issues , you guys can have a pissing match at your next meet to see who is a bigger ******* and who jacked the most threads or be-littled the most people this month. Goodbye

Your credit card company will not question it. Its a charge you did not allow which they will cancel. it will work. The most they can do against it is take him to court.

Yes guys I lose out , ok ? Thanks for pointing that out . I already knew it. I am just hoping some of you see my point about it being a shitty agreement and maybe josh would change it to only include stocked items or something they drop-ship. . . thanks for being able to make a respectful reply though.

I worked for a CC company for 5 years. You can disputed a legitimate unauthorized charge correct. In this case the charge is valid.

Fault me if so , I am done replying to idiots on here when all I wanted was to maybe get ottp to change a little bit of thier terms and conditions as I feel it is ripping off the customer when they do not inform us they have no stock of items and let us make orders. GREEDY is what that comes off as to me...am I soo wrong?
Did you state that you are not willing to wait from the beginning? Some times the person taking an order is not aware of stock. Yes if it were you, you may do that. Not everyone is perfect.

this will never go to court. jesus christ! its over 50 bucks!!! after 10 minutes of a lawyers time you would already be over the 50 dollar mark making it a complete waste. court is not free, lawyers advice aint free.

plus the court would be set in Michigan cus thats where **** was purchased and odds r it would cost the OP a hellll of a lot more to get there for the day. never mind hotel, food and other expenses while there. pretty sure the OP is from Canada if he has a corporate job at RIM. plus he would lose the opportunity cost of missing a day of work, which would pay more than the 50 bucks he would lose if he went to court. which he would lose cus he agreed to their terms. courts dont feel sorry for you for not reading a contract...

If your company makes you work more then 40 hours in one week. Do you think you deserve a bonus or comp time? I think you know the answer to that. It's the same way. They have costs. Your time is money.
