like i said its the most that can happen. It would never go to court but you dont need an attorney as you can go to small claims court and in most states sue for time lost at work and court costs.

well its not a company the size of edelbrock so its not like there is a million parts in a warehouse and they have everything.

but companies charge this because their employees still had to work even if its just a little bit to get your order done.

I used to have sympathy for you. But being you are actually not being a man and owning up to your own faults, karma will most likely bite you.

I think the mods should delete this thread for the simple fact of the promotion of CC fraud.

in the LS1 part joemama did it I can see, but you sir, are just a thief.

in theory yes... but from my experience watching court (not on tv, but for a lot of my university classes) i have seen judges yell at people for wasting the courts time for something minor such as something this small. the time i saw the judge bitch about wasting the courts time was over $125 and the plaintiff was suing for additional fees such as taking time off work and a traveling fee. Well she read the case, got pissed off and said if you went into work today you would have made more than what this case is worth and dismissed it.

i couldnt imagine having a judge yell at you for being a retard for something like this.

also i dont think they could reverse/dispute the credit card transaction bcus they refunded a different amount. the one guy in his claim made it sound like they charged an extra fee, which was not authorized as his restocking fee, which was properly refunded. as in they charged the charged the card a second time. I really dont see a credit card company placing more money into his account for this. They would have to go for the first transaction which was authorized so they wouldnt be able to reverse that.
