Angry P0010 & p0011

Yet another cobalt with problem. I have read many threads and still can't figure this one out hopefully I can get some help here. To start I have an 09 SS stock and For the last 6 months the P0010 & P0011 codes have been going on and off. So naturally I replaced the intake solenoid and my check engine light went off for maybe 800 miles. Now it has come back on and is staying on its throwing the same code. When I watch my RPD for the cam phaser angle my intake reading does not move and most of the time neither will the exhaust. This is really freaking me out and I don't know where else to go. I do have a new exhaust solenoid in my trunk but since its not throwing that code I haven't replaced it yet.

Replace them both and see what happens.

As mentioned above, how is the oil? Regular oil changes with GOOD oil? Those solenoids get plugged up when there's any sludge in the system at all.

I have 91200 right now and replaced the oil with mobile 1 synth at 91k. I cleaned them out with some maf cleaner spray two days ago then they seemed to work again but it was short lived. So I will change the intake side today and see what happens.

Yeah to clean them properly you would have to immerse them in cleaner and cycle them, then run pressure through them while cycling them. They get gummed up and the pistons stick, then they don't work like they should.
