so i have a base tune on my car and its throwing a p0016 i have all new chains tensioner guides and such. timing is dead on verified it 2 times.

anyone have this issue? just seeing before i dig into it more

 

I am also having the same problem but im getting the p0016 and p0017 codes. and have tried everything except a new crankshaft position sensor and the crank case relearn that i hear could fix the problem.
