Ok so I just took off from a light and all the sudden my car said engine power reduced and gave me a CEL which was P0087 which is something to do with fuel supply?? anyway do I need to take it in? what would have cause this thanks and I have an 08 TC with 13,000miles

iirc that code is fuel rail pressure low, id take it in and get it looked at.

 

Hmm any idea as to what caused that?

 

i just worked on an hhr ss tc with that same code last week. it ended up needing a high pressure fuel pump...i wouldn't be surprised if that whats wrong with your car,,but you should bring it to the dealer wont cost you anything its under warranty.
