I'm assuming this is the random cylinder misfire code? Need ideas on what it could be.

I've got an 08 LS supercharged with 3.1 pulley, 60s, header, 3" IRL style intake, Trifecta tuned.

I've checked plugs and they've been gapped to recommended gap since they went in. AFR reads 14.7 most of the time at idle. I know the fuel filter needs to be replaced. Could that cause a misfire? What about a clogged cat?
