P1182 & p1183
P1182 & p1183
What would cause these 2 cel's?The first one is for supercharger inlet pressure sensor performance and the second one for supercharger inlet pressure sensor circuit low, thanks.
P1182&1183
Have theses two codes i already changed inlet sensor and cleard the codes. Came right back. Do i need to actuly drive car for it to go away or should i look somewhere else. What was the fix for yours ??
history 1182,1183-now more detail
ok, so after replacing the i/c pump fixed the 0068 by pluging in a vacuum hose that was barley on. im down to figure this one out, so to recap from the last time i was here,
i have changed the inlet sensor
i have gotten a new i/c pump
cleaned the map sensor on the intake manifold (I think this is whats wrong)
i checked the bypass valve (elbow and plate SEEMS to be working)
May have done other things i cant rely remember. but i have the same two codes still and a new one P0171,also the engine is back to surging.
so i believe that the 1182 is just a generic code for the actual problem ,which is 1183 which is low voltage.(keep in mind this is just my thought process and may not be right at all) which the first thing im looking for is where there is more air coming from. so i believe it could be the
bypass solenoid being stuck closed/open (dont rely know how that works)
i also believe the bypass valve could be bad (kinda understand this)
maybe the k/n intake is just to much air(i dont think its this cus i didnt have these codes before i had to redo the clutch and all the work after the timing chain went)
THIS IS ALL JUST AT IDLE
anyone with information/ suggestions on any of these systems or problems your help will be appreciated.

Try swapping your bypass valve actuator and solenoid.
My current bypass valve is sticking, so to keep boost I've stuck the valve in the closed position, and ever since then I've gotten the p1182 code. I'm working on rebuilding another supercharger to fix the problem. Just have to get some bearings pressed in.

so after taking it up and down the rd a few times i have gotten, the p0325, p0327 codes. could these be a cause of the other codes, im leaning towards the map sensor. i believe reading about if the map sensor is bad the car will go rich or lean and have the knock sensors go off. can anyone confirm this
