P300, P301, P302, P303, P304, Blinky CEL

In my 08 SS/TC I was taking a quick trip to the store and I noticed when letting off the gas, my car seemed to feel weird. When I took off, if I eased into the gas pedal the car would start missing at about 1500 RPMs. If I gassed it a bit, it would go to about 3000 rpms before missing. The CEL started flashing at me, so I pulled off and read the codes. I'm getting 300 301 302 303 and 304, and the car smelled extremely rich. This was all of a sudden, and I haven't changed anything recently.

When I got back home, I popped the hood and I could see what appeared to be an attempt to start a nest by some rodent on on top of my intake and on my valve covers. Don't see any chewed through wires though. Could be completely unrelated.

I disconnected the battery while checking around the harness where the critter removed some of the black plastic casing, and it reset the CEL. I haven't gotten the 300 codes again, but it's definitely still misfiring. Any ideas?

I think those are misfire codes. Should look into this more in depth. Blinky CEL means you got some bad **** goin on under the hood, and I don't mean just an itch.
