already did, and nothing came out. and i cant find it anywhere else, which makes me think that its stuck inside somehow

i took a bent piece of metal and scraped around inside, didnt feel anything. then i took a little mirror and attached it to the end, didnt see anything. so im assuming that its not inside. lets pray im right

make sure your 100% sure before you put it back on,it could be stuck from the oil`gunk left in the mani.Take out the cores and you get a better look inside

Take the end plate off along with all the seals and washers. Get a cloth of some kind to protect them and grab them with channel locks and pull. They take a fair bit of force to pull out but they slide straight out. Also gives you the chance to clean them up a little

Turn them first with the pliers to break the seal that the o-rings have, that's what makes them such a bitch to get out. Once you do that they should pull straight out fairly easily.

While you have it off, you might as well do the dual pass endplate mod, and install the ZZP Pheonalic spacer.

They are takling about the Laminova cores. Just be careful pulling them out, they are easily damaged/bent.

i took the manifold back off, and took out the laminova cores. i still didnt see anything inside after looking around real good so im convinced that its not in there. i had everything put back on in less than 45 minutes which is a new record for me, and the test drive went great. the new coupler made a big difference
