passenger airbag cover rattles horribly

Anyone have any ideas how I can secure this panel? Is it even safe to try to remove it, or is it even removeable? I'm not sure what I would do once it's off, maybe I could put a little square of dynamat near the noisy part if there is enough clearance between it and whats underneath? I don't have too many options because it is an airbag...... I'm still within warranty, should the dealer fix it?

How about taking it to a dealer and have them fix it.

I'm going to try to keep from getting irritated at that answer....instead I'll ask the question differently: Would the dealer fix this under warranty?

I get the same thing man, if I shift into second without running first to over 3k rpms, the low rpms into second gear rattles that thing for a second. It's annoying, but it's not uncommon. In my GF's old saturn the whole goddamn dash started to rattle after about 30k miles. It's the plastic GM uses, it sucks. Good luck getting a dealer to fix it, unless you have a really super cool service manager.
