Unhappy pics of my problem...
What is this? it's located next to my passenger side front wheel I think it has to do with the fender or something but I can't really reach it to tell. HELP!!

Pop your front tire off, line up the hole where its supposed to meet up with the other plastic, put a bolt w/ washer thru, place nut on bolt.
