Please help -- Bolt sizes

I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt SS/SC and im changing the headers and midpipe today. The midpipe is 3 inches and narrows down to 2.5 inches to bolt up to the stock cat-back. The bolts on the rear flange of the mid-pipe are completely rusted out and are unsavable. I will have to cut them off. Does anyone know the size and dimensions of the bolts so I can get new ones. I saw somewhere they are a 13 mill bolt but the wrench just spins around it. Need thread size and bolt size please...thanks
