Unhappy Please help, Engine problem...

SO my buddy and I decided to go for a small cruze late at night. We drove about 140 miles, 95% of which were on the highway. I had a very long strip of road with no one on it so of course I gunned it; got to 120mph and let off. Everything seemed perfectly fine until about 40 miles later that I started to notice a weird tickering noise as I was getting off the freeway to go to a gas station. I hit a red light and made a right. As i accelerated (not fast) I noticed that my exhaust was much more gurgly and deep and louder. I also noticed that my engine was being louder than normal too with a constant (only when accelerating) tickering or tinkering noise. So I pulled over and freaked out for a moment and was thinking I floated a valve or possibly had an exhaust leak. My buddy then got in my car and we drove down the street and back to see if he could hear a difference. He said it sounded completely different too. I let it idle for a bit and in the engine bay you could hear the engine idle funky, almost like i had competition cams in my car (which I dont) Especially right where the Header connects to the block. I turned it off waited a few minutes and turned it back on. It still sounded the same at idle except it started making a clicking and ticking noise for about 15 seconds straight and stopped. And a CEL popped up all the sudden... I then drove it home as carefully as I could and nothing changed. So Im trying to figure out why this happened all the sudden...
Im thinking I may have floated a valve with the way it sounds right now, because with a exhaust leak I would think I would notice a power loss and no CEL would come on.

Things to consider:
It's a 2.2L 07' auto
I just got tuned a week ago and have a 7k red line now
I hit 120 MPH the same night
I took it to the track and ran it hard a couple days ago
None of the symptoms appeared until I got off the highway
Only noticeable when accelerating
Seems to be no power loss

Im going to take the car in to my friend Steve's (FASTL61) work and have him scan it to see what codes come up. Until then anything is helpful, but I dont want to hear about me being stupid because I hit 120 MPH please.

Thanks guys

Exhaust leak sounds possible or you broke something in the valvetrain. Like lifters or something.

If you could get us that code that would help out, because it can be a number of things
