please help me with this sound!

this sound has been going on for about a week now. today it got worse. when it started it would only do it when the car is cold. then go away once it is warmed up. today i noticed that it is doing it all the time. here is a quick video of it. i am thinking it is an exhaust leak. i loosened all of the connections(header, header-downpipe, downpipe-cat back) and retightened all of them. well tell me what you all think.

my car is an 06 SS/SC

I think you broke the midpipe were your cats are. You may have cracked your header also.

well before i had a small leak at the V-band connection so i installed gaskets there. it could be that the one between the header and downpipe is leaking. i will pull them out and look at them. but yeah i am pretty sure it is the flex pipe
