Please help :( waterpump problem

So I installed my header and downpipe. I started the car, and it started leaking coolant. I figured it was because of the waterpump and header touching eachother. So aftet research, I rotated the water pump to work with the headet position. I started the car, and it's still leaking. So I got under the car, and it was pouring out of the passenger side of the waterpump. My assumption is that the first time I started it, the car got so hot, it broke the seal. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm so lost.

The waterpump is bolted to the block, so I think you are talking about the crossover pipe on the back. It has o-rings on both ends and can be rotated normally, but it's possible you damaged one of the o-rings when you turned it. Unbolt the thermostat housing from the back of the block, take that pipe out, and check out the seals.
